Limited and unlimited mileage options
We have a wide range of limited mileage options, starting from as little as 500 miles. We have an option to suit your driving requirements depending on how often you use your vehicles:

- 6,000
- Unlimited
If have more than one car, the mileages can be on combined or per vehicle basis.
If you are doing more mileage in the policy year than you first anticipated, this is not a problem. All you will need to do is give a member of our team a call and your limit can be extended midterm for an additional premium.
Dedicated account manager
If you would like to speak to the same person each time you call, we are more than happy to provide a dedicated account manager.
Your account manager will assist you at the start when arranging cover, if you buy, swap or remove a vehicle, if you need to make a claim and at the policy’s anniversary when negotiating your renewal terms.
We aim to deliver our services as quickly as possible without compromising our high standards of service. For example, we always write notes after speaking to our clients and adjusting our policies. However, our experience has shown that by speaking to the same account manager, you are more likely to get exactly what you need in a quicker time.
If you have varied renewal dates for all your vehicles, your account manager can coordinate by adding the vehicles to your policy as and when required.
Motor legal expenses
Our policies include up to £100,000 of legal assistance if you or a named driver are unfortunately involved in a collision providing you or they are not at fault.
Having an accident can result in unforeseen expenses. Even if the accident was not your fault, you are still liable to pay your policy excess. Then there is the potential loss of earnings and any injury you or your driver has sustained.
Your policy will cover the costs of hiring a solicitor providing the accident is not the fault of you or your named driver and there is a reasonable prospect of proving the fault of the other party. The solicitor will deal with recovering your excess, loss of earnings and personal injury on your behalf.
Breakdown and accident recovery
All of our classic car and specialist vehicle insurance policies cover you nationwide and throughout Europe providing you are more than one mile away from your home address.
Our multi car policies have the option of adding home start to your breakdown package. The choice is yours.
The average time to answer your call is 11 seconds and the average arrival time is under 45 minutes.
Definition – A breakdown means mechanical or electrical failures/breakages; flat batteries; punctures; out of fuel; contaminated or wrong fuel used; ignition keys lost, stolen or locked in the vehicle; or damage caused by accident, vandalism, theft or attempted theft which renders the vehicle immobile
If you require this service, you are covered for:
- Roadside – If your vehicle breaks down more than one mile from your home address, we will arrange service at the scene of the breakdown and pay call-out fees and labour costs in an attempt to repair your car. If it cannot be repaired quickly at the scene, arrangements will be made and the costs paid for taking you, your car and your passenger(s) from the scene of the breakdown to the nearest repairer.
- Recovery – If your vehicle breaks down more than one mile from your home address and it cannot be repaired at the scene or the nearest repairer cannot assist on the same day, arrangements will be made and costs paid for taking you, your vehicle and passenger(s) from the scene of the breakdown to any one place of your choosing.
- Alternative travel or overnight accommodation – If your vehicle breaks down more than 25 miles from your home address and it cannot be repaired the same day or be recovered to any one place of your choosing, you will be refunded the cost of either alternative travel arrangements or overnight accommodation for you and your passenger(s).
- Caravan or trailer – Any attached small general purpose trailers no more than 3 metres/10 feet long (unless previously notified and accepted by us) or any attached caravan will be entitled to the same service as the vehicle, as long as it is attached by a standard 50 millimetre/2 inch towing coupling.
